There is not an industry or vertical we do not represent and our team members are as experienced and diverse as our clients.
The Business Development Coordinators (BDC) start the process with an informal conversation with the potential seller qualifying them to make sure there is a good fit for all. The BDC team member backgrounds include experience in banking, finance, insurance, military service, marketing, writing and teaching.
Once the potential seller is qualified by the BDC, a 90 minute web conference will be scheduled with a Senior Business Analyst (Analyst). A complete understanding of the sales process and a determination of the fair market value of the business will be gained.
The professional backgrounds of the Analysts include a combination of former business owners, CEO’s, CFO’s, attorney, real estate broker, financial services representatives, SEC Series 7 and 63 licensee and various academic degrees.
